The uniqueness of these floor plans is the flexibility to you as a homeowner. Each home can be customized by arranging your walls around the core kitchen and bath areas, allowing you to have more or less bedrooms, dens, or open spaces. Wonderful walkout gardens are available on the first floor. Most homes on the upper floors include terraces. And all the owners will be able to enjoy an evening on the rooftop terrace. Some units will include exposed brick arches, 16' terraces, multilevel floor plans, 10-16' ceilings, and exposed concrete columns.
